Work includes: Primary and secondary research; creation of corporate and consumer strategic marketing communications plans for both the system brand and individual centers of excellence; as well as the launch of new initiatives, such as ambulatory EMR and MemorialCare HealthExpress; offline advertising (TV, radio, print, direct mail, outdoor and retail POS) to reach providers, employers and patients; media planning/buying; naming conventions; tagline creation; and collateral development (including annual report).
